Reflection: The Power of Prayer 

The Bible reminds us about the potency of prayer in our Christian journey. God is always ready to hear and answer whenever we make requests to him according to his will.

Prayer is a very important spiritual activity that helps us to build our relationship with God. Through prayer, our requests are made known to God, and he answers.

The Scriptures also remind us that as God’s children, we do not need to be anxious or stressed about anything. Whatsoever our challenges are, all we need to do is submit them to God in prayer.

Whenever we experience challenges, often-times in our lives, we think the best solution is to complain or depend on other people to help us. But Jesus said in his word that we should always pray and not give up.

There is power in our prayer as children of God, and it’s our greatest strength to triumph through situations.

Prayer:  Dear Lord, we ask that you help us to trust in you at all times and that you strengthen us to pray at all times and not give up when we are faced with challenges, in Jesus’ name.
