Reflection: The Legacy in Partnership
The Holy Trinity is a perfect example of partnership. God the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit function differently yet are so united in purpose. One in Spirit.
Don’t you think God desires the entire world to partner with him? To bring together all that he has given us for Kingdom furtherance. See, “For from him and through him and for him are all things” (Romans 11:36). Operating outside Christ’s Lordship is futile.
We see in this Bible passage that the Church in Macedonia had a profound sense of unity. They were first united with Christ because they gave their lives to him first then to his people. A great and generous attitude of heart. What lesson can you take from them?
Beloved, we are called to unite with all that we are and have for a common purpose. Populating this world with the ‘fragrance of Christ’ (2 Corinthians 2:14-16).
You are the answer to a prayer made by another.
How can you partner with God to reach out to them? Consider giving your presence and your ‘pearls’ as a contribution to God’s agenda. Like the Macedonians, may your perspective about Kingdom partnership be a privilege.
As l put my pen down, l pray that the grace to partner with God may abound and generations to come will benefit and be favoured because you participated in their Kingdom enrichment. There is a whole generation waiting for you on the other side of obedience!
Prayer: Dear God, Lord of the Harvest, I am here ready to be an active participant in the legacy you are building. Send me, Lord.
