Over the next seven days, we are reading the Bible with Rebeca Alfaro from the Bible Society of Nicaragua. We will read Scriptures which shed light on the importance of introducing children to God and his love. It is a topic of great relevance, since children are a precious gift that God has given us, and it is our responsibility to guide them and teach them about the God’s love and truth from an early age. In this series, we will reflect on the importance of being intentional in the spiritual upbringing of children and how we can pass on to them a solid faith that helps them face their future with hope and trust in God. So, we invite you to join us on this journey of discovery and spiritual growth. Rebeca leads the project “Hope and Smile for children with cancer”, where she has been a witness of God's love for the last 14 years. Rebeca attends the church "Mi Redentor" (My Redeemer), where she is responsible for doctrine. Weekly, she prepares new believers to embrace the Word of God, ensuring their understanding of the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28:19-20. She guides them through the study plan and facilitates their journey to baptism.
